2020 Subaru Forester Touring

Bill and the Intermountain Motors team provided an amazing car buying experience that is unmatched by any other dealers. I had been shopping for many months for a new truck and had interacted with numerous other dealers and sales people and none of them compare to Bill. Right away when I called Bill about a truck I could tell he was very different than other dealers and that he is very down to earth and cares about his customers. Everything is about making sure you have the right vehcile that fits your needs and budget. The buying process with Intermountain Motors is straight forward and stress free and no pressure. They provide a great vehicle at a a great price with no haggle or hassle and no up selling!!! I could not disagree more with the previous review stating that Bill was rude and hard to work with. Like I mentioned earlier he providing an amazing buying experience that is unlike any experience I've had previous. In my opinion he actually goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of. For example, I called him about a truck he had listed and he was able to get me out the door pricing right away with no hassle and even met me after hours because he knew I was coming from out of town. After the initial test drive he allowed me to take for an extended test drive to see if it was the right fit. I identified a few items during the test drive that needed to be addressed and again he had his team met me after hours due to work conflicts and they addressed every issue and had me on the road in no time. A month after purchase I had an issue with the battery and he immediately got his auto parts store rep on the phone and had the battery replaced and me back on the road in no time. In summary, I would recommend Bill and Intermountain Motors to anyone and everyone and I have! I'll be back when I need a new vehicle even though it's a bit of travel for me as I don't live in the area. Thanks again Bill for the awesome car buying experience (which I never thought I would say about the car buying experience with so many bad experiences in the past)!!!!!

I've purchased a few different cars over the years from Dave. He is always very straight forward and I have never had a problem with a car that I've purchased from him. He takes great pride in what he does and always makes sure that the deal is fair. I would definitely highly recommend working with these guys if you want a good deal and a quality vehicle.
