2021 Subaru Forester Touring

We purchased a vehicle out of state and we're not in person to take ownership. They managed the process flawlessly with consistent communication letting us know where we were at every step of the process. They were willing to do a video chat to show the vehicle to us since we couldn't see it in person and the vehicle came in exactly the condition they advertised! Financing was easy. Actually the entire process was easy! Would highly recommend!

Easy buying process. Jackie our saleswoman was great. She was honest, respectful and professional. The dealership did not push any extra warranties (offered them) service agreements etc. We were able to coordinate all financing ahead of time remotely and came in to do final signatures- all in all we spent less than 1 hr picking up the car. Excellent service- fair price and will consider them for the next vehicle purchase.

I have never been to a place with more friendly and helpful staff. As soon as you exit your vehicle there is someone to greet you with a smile. I arrived with what I thought was an unrealistic dream car for my budget and they made it happen! They really went above and beyond for me. Communication was great and never pushy. My salesmen, Phil, came in on his day off so I could pick up my vehicle when I had very limited time. The manager, Steve, answered all my questions and followed up with me promptly when I had problems with my trade in. I do not remember the finance guys name but he also was so friendly and personable. He made signing paperwork less of a chore. My husband has also bought 2 cars here and I can’t imagine going somewhere else. 10/10 would recommend.
