Let me say I have purchased several vehicles over the years and this is my first experience with Sewell Subaru and it has by far been the best. I went to Sewell Subaru this morning looking at a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Forester Wilderness. I was helped by Nathan Valdez, and he provided excellent service! I highly recommend asking for him, he knows about all the vehicles features and showed me around their beautiful facility at Sewell. Great dealership and excellent service it’s been the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever received to date. Only item I’m not pleased with is window chip repair was not well done in the middle of the windshield. I didn’t notice it when I got the vehicle thought it was just dirty and it wasn’t mentioned at all throughout the process. Hopefully I can get a deal to replace the window, and then I’ll update my review and rating to a five star.
I worked with Jack Baldwin, and I have to say that he was absolutely awesome! So easy and helpful especially when I had to find the Forester that I really wanted. He refused to let me settle for something that was not 100% what I wanted in the price range I wanted. John Ward came in on the end to handshake the deal and let me say, Mr Ward, thank you! It was a pleasure to meet and make a deal with both of you. I would not hesitate to send anyone to them!!! They got me in and out, even with the accessories that I had installed. I love my new Forester! Thank you again!
