I had an outstanding experience with an out of state trade. We negotiated everything over the phone and then I drove 1900 miles round trip to complete the deal (I traded a Big Horn 2500 for a used Power Wagon). We visited englewood Ford to purchase a used car they had taken on a trade in. It was a positive and expedited experience. We were in the dealership 3 1/2 hours and an hour of that was dealing with issues on our end. We had some unique situations with residency & insurance, which they were helpful in advising on how to navigate. I was incredibly happy with how seamless and speedy everything was.
