This is the way a car buying experience should be! Alex, Mark, Tom and the team at North End Mazda were courteous, friendly, communicative, transparent, and compassionate throughout the entire experience I had with them. I never felt sold to or pressured in any way. We even worked together digitally; no other dealer in the area seemed to embrace this fully, if they even bothered to follow up on my queries at all. Sadly, many other car dealers are stuck in the 1960s with their approaches and methods. North End Mazda are leading the way. I will be back in touch with the North End team for my next Mazda.
I cant say enough good things about North End. Alex was great. He walked me through every detail, from my payment options to the warranty info. Mike in finance got me in and out without any obstacles. Mark went over every feature of my car so I knew how to use all the features. Keep up the amazing work!
