2025 Subaru Forester Premium

Revised Review: After sharing my experience below I was contacted first thing the next morning by the service manager who asked for more details on my experience. He was deeply apologetic and explained that the volume that they were experiencing that day is not normal operation and offered to send someone out to pick up my Crosstrek and have the oil changed for me at no charge. When David Lambert arrived at my house he was also deeply apologetic and explained that the volume of appointments is a result of the booking company overbooking their services, a problem that they are working to resolve immediately. David was extremely professional and friendly and told me my car would be returned washed and the tank filled as well. I am blown away by the customer service at Darrell Waltrip Subaru and they have defiantly earned back my business by going above and beyond to make this right. Sometimes it can feel like big corporations don't really care about their customers but this is not the case at Darrel Waltrip Subaru, this is customer care on a personal and individual level. I am so happy to have the opportunity to revise this review because I love Subaru and I am so grateful to have a dealership that I can trust and rely on for years to come. I had a 10am appointment for an oil change, which I drove 30 minutes from Nashville to get, and ended up leaving immediately without getting my oil changed because when I arrived they informed me that it would take 2-3 hours, just for an oil change! I purchased my Crosstrek from here and I’ve had to bring by car in for service that was covered under warranty, which they provided an overnight loner for. Those two experiences were great which is why I came back when it was time for an oil change but I will NEVER be back. I can change my own oil in about 20 minutes so unless you have half of a day to waste sitting in their waiting room, I would avoid bringing your car here for any regular maintenance. Very disappointing.

The dealer offered to take people out on an off road course with instruction from a professional at Bell’s Reserve and it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot from it and my Crosstrek Wilderness shocked me with how capable it is. I’ve never owned a car before where the dealer goes to this level of customer service to teach you about your car, how to drive it and what it is capable of.

Great buying experience. We got a nice Subaru forester at a fair price. Sales was great. Finance was great. Radek was our salesman and we could tell he really liked the product he was selling. He was very knowledgeable as well. Ask for Radek when you go!
