2025 Subaru Forester Premium

I was looking to trade my lease in for a new leased vehicle. I went to a couple other dealerships first, with no luck. I felt ignored and like I was an inconvenience. I first emailed Great Lakes Kia and they responded in a timely manner every time. When I walked in the door I was greeted immediately. My salesman, Omar, listened to what I wanted. Without the typical car salesman tactics, we were able to get to a deal I was comfortable with. There was no pressure. He was just straight forward and to the point. I need two more cars in the next 9 months, and I will be going back to visit Omar at Great Lakes Kia.

Love the Sportage Hybrid. Highly recommend this dealership. I went to and spoke to a ton of dealers and they can be very pushy and seem agitated when you have questions. Not the case here at all. Excellent experience. We came from 2 hours away and the staff were supportive and accommodating. Never felt pressured, they heard our concerns and answered our questions. They priced fairly and offered a fair trade value for our truck. It was a smooth experience and we are pleased with the outcome.
