2025 Subaru Forester

Gina is the best. When I call to inquire about a car that I wanted she had told me the one I wanted was still being built and no other dealership around had anything like it on their lot. I asked her to put a hold on the car that I wanted to purchase it and if needed I'd put cash down on it. Gina kept me updated weekly for about a month until my car arrived at the dealership. The same day I came down with everything Gina told me and had already prepared with insurance and money for the down payment. On arrival I was greeted with extremely friendly staff and got right down to business. The process went very smoothly due to the fact that I was prepared and knew what to expect. Thank you again Gina and finance team. I have told everyone I know about the smooth process of the transaction of my Subie.

The entire process from the initial test drive, car selection and through to the final signed paperwork was very relaxed (yet professional). It's nice to see that there are still places that care about quality customer service! I actually have a person to communicate with and a direct line to call for service. The people I've met there so far are all really friendly and helpful. It's one of the few places that still has the option for a loaner car when needed for people like me who live far away and have a difficult time staying there all day for bigger services.
