Joseph was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had such an efficient car buying experience before in my life. My deal was already made before I even walked through the door. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line. While Signing, Traci kept us entertained with lively conversation explaining all of the financial product options. At no time did I feel pressured, making my experience hassle-free. Tucson Subaru was even able to get us a better interest rate than offered by our own bank.

What an amazing experience. Buying a car can be stressful but Mike H., our salesman, made it so easy. He was so incredibly friendly, perhaps one of the friendliest people I have ever met. From our sales person Joe to the finance department representative, Jennifer, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Tucson Subaru. Joe was not pushy at all. He let us test drive the car and let us think about it and sleep on it. The next day, he worked with us by not pushing us and let us talk about it, once we decided on the car, he worked with us to get us the best deal possible on our car while getting us everything we needed and wanted. Jennifer in the finance department was a DREAM! She explained every single detailed of our contract and answer our 1 million questions. We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
