In one word my experience with “Subaru of North Miami” was “Fabulous”. My salesperson Jonas Coffat listened to my needs with patience and gave me an unbeatable deal. Everything was crystal clear. He was very transparent and respectful. After visiting dealership to dealership this is where I got my numbers correct to my satisfaction. Salesman Mike sold my wife on the car. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and low key. He focused on giving us a complete experience of the car and left the price negotiation to his manager—which was done via email. They dealt with us honestly. The price we negotiated was the price we paid. No “oh by the way” add-ons at the last minute. I recommend this dealership.

This dealership really went above and beyond to help my mom purchase her vehicle. We originally dealt with Kendra and she was very responsive . I spoke with the used car manager Kevin he was very helpful and attentive. Nick was our sales person. He left early before the dealership opened to deliver my mom’s new vehicle. Absolutely a privilege to work with this team.
