Dropped off our Outback for its 30K mile maintenance. We called ahead and they provided a courtesy car. The service team was organized, clear on the costs and time needed for the service. The dealership had a clean and comfortable waiting area with snacks, coffee, soda, filtered water… The bathrooms were clean. We were a little late (forgot the change to EST) and they were able to honor the appointment. Can’t say enough about the service department.

We had a fantastic experience at Sutherlin Subaru. We had a pretty good idea what we were shopping for, and Bob was ready to help. He was laid back and informative from the moment we walked in. Our test drive was relaxed and he answered all of our questions and then some. When it came time to buy he was transparent with absolutely no pressure. Then we went to see Chris for all the paperwork, fun conservation, and once again a very relaxing experience. Make the drive! We would recommend Sutherlin to anyone looking to buy a Subaru.
