2025 Subaru Forester Touring

Our experience with Subaru South Charlotte from start to finish was excellent! Our salesman, John Watson, listened to our requests and did not pressure us to make any decisions. He was very pleasant, informative and professional. The sales manager, Robert Nicholson, worked with us to obtain a very fair deal. We appreciate that Robert and John were both readily available to communicate with and answer any questions we had. Fauzi and Stephen (finance managers) were very informative during the finalizing of our purchase documents. Last but certainly not least, Neal, the floor manager, was super friendly and engaging throughout the process. Great environment and atmosphere. The staff were amazing and helpful from the time that we walked through the doors until we left and included the whole family in the process. INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! Jonathan in particular was head and shoulder above every other salesperson that I've ever interacted with. Knew his stuff, could read the room and our energy, and helped us find the right fit (even if it wasn't going to be a Subaru) not just close the sale...which he did because of all the things that I just mentioned.

Having owned 6 Subarus and 20+ cars overall, I've dealt with quite a few dealerships along the way... many of which I wouldn't deal with again. Subaru South Blvd is different. I've bought multiple cars from them and had them service multiple cars. Always a good experience. They are professional and treat their customers like people rather than numbers. They do the Subaru name proud. Recommend Brian Barrett in sales, but the team is great from parts to service to sales to finance. Update for May 2024. Worked with Keith Scott, Robert, Stephen, and staff to get our 10th Subaru. We got exactly the Ascent we wanted and it was super efficient, enjoyable, and stayed on track with the vehicle, pricing, and process the whole time.
