2025 Subaru Forester Touring

I continue to find that your particular dealership is very customer friendly. From making an appointment to the ease & efficiency of the service area. What I especially liked about my experience was working with your Service Advisor, Ace Ravago. He was wonderful! He was so very helpful, clearly explained everything & what to expect. I came to your dealership due to a couple of problems with my car having just serviced it at a different dealership 2 days prior. Ace listened to my concerns & frustrations, patiently & with compassion. He was professional, accountable & kept me apprised of my car's progress throughout the day. When my car's servicing was done, he took me for a test drive to assure me it was no longer making the horrible noise it had been & was driving beautifully again. I was so impressed with Ace's professionalism, even more so after my terrible experience with Lithia Subaru of Fresno. I bought my Forester at Stevens Creek Subaru 5 yrs ago & have done all my servicing with you all until my recent move to Fresno. From here on, I will continue to drive to your dealership for my car's servicing, despite living in Fresno now.

The dealership was recommended by a friend and he was right, the sales staff was knowledgable & friendly. The financing was efficient and I experienced no pressure for selecting additional coverages. Got a tour of the facility & the after delivery with Tony was great. The Parts department (department manager & George) also knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. The Service Department friendly & very helpful, on my latest service Eddie F. was attentive & kept me informed during my appointment.

Hossein is the most attentive and friendly sales man I have ever met. He was not pushy in the least. He didn’t mind that I kept coming back and looking at another Subaru style. He would meet me and let me test drive the vehicles several different times. He was knowledgeable and personable. I ended up buying 2 Subaru’s. Sam in the final stage of my purchase was the same. He was gentle talking about the $ and the packages. Didn’t push to hard but informed me so I could make a decision. I am so thrilled with my cross treks! I will be back! N
