    My Wife and I went To Subaru of North Orlando today to purchase a vehicle. We ended up leaving with the exact Subaru we want at the exact price we wanted to pay. Was extremely straightforward and pleasant experience. Francis King was an amazing sales person that took the time to show us every feature we wanted to know about the car, extremely detailed oriented. And when it came to financing Ray Cantu was amazing and went through our contract so we had no question. Subaru of North Orlando gained a Customer for life today.

    My family has purchased some 6-7 vehicles from this dealership, and that is no exaggeration or mistake. I purchased my 2018 Forester from Francis King in 2019 when they were Mastro Subaru. Francis King and Kelly Johnson really went every extra mile to make sure I was taken care of in the disastrous situation that befell my poor Lilypad. My beloved Forester was indirectly struck by lightening in a severe storm this past September. When she didn't start the next day, my father (who has purchased four vehicles from Francis) immediately advised me to call Kelly in the services department, "She'll know what to do." Kelly informed me and walked me through every single step of what was to come and what actually transpired. While the whole experience wasn't ideal, it was mitigated and handled as smoothly as it could've been thanks to Kelly. She kept me updated every step of the whole process, and to her I am extremely grateful. If I had any question or concern, she was quick to email or call with an answer. Finally after 3 months, my insurance ended up totaling my vehicle as all the repairs still did not result in my forester working properly; she had been fried by mother nature. As soon as I knew the decision from insurance, I notified Francis and he scheduled me an appointment to see what my next vehicle would be. While I didn't want to be in the situation of purchasing a new vehicle, I'm grateful that I had him to aid me in the purchasing process to ensure I had what I needed, afforded, and wanted. I received superior customer service from Kelly in the Services Department, and the red-carpet treatment from Francis in Sales. Five-Star ratings don't show nearly enough of my appreciation toward them and this dealership. I cannot recommend Subaru North Orlando highly enough. If you love Subarus (or if you don't yet,) and want to be treated well, please look no further than Subaru North Orlando.
