Ilenna is wonderful! I pre-ordered a 2024 Integra Type-S that took months to get in, and she kept me informed throughout the entire process. She never tried to push me into buying anything I didn't want. I really appreciated the fact that she didn't act like a know-it-all(typical of car salespeople) and had no trouble admitting when she didn't know something and came back to me with she found out.
