2007 Acura TSX 5AT w/Navigation System

After having some issues with my 2010 Honda Accord I finally decided to go and look at new cars. I knew I’ve always wanted to stick to a Honda but was open to other options. I’ve always heard things about car sales people and dealing with the dealerships in general so I was a little intimidated at first. When I went to Envision Honda I was helped out by David Ramirez. He was the most helpful, respectful and knowledgeable salesman and made the whole process smooth. From listening to what I was looking for, from being patient when I was looking for a specific exterior and interior color combo all the way to the end of the sale. Not once did I feel like he was trying to lie to me or up sale me. Honesty and transparency so a very long way and I think David did such a good job and showed the best attitude. He made me excited to buy a car and not stressed out. I for one second didn’t think about backing out, he helped me with every step and answered every single question I had and trust me I had plenty. There was a point where he was doing two sales at once and he did a great job giving his attention to me and the other person. Not once did I feel like my time was being taken away from me. Thank you David for being apart of my new car journey, I left with a 2024 Honda Accord and it had everything I was looking for and more. If it wasn’t for the support and enthusiasm of David I probably would’ve walked away without a car that day, but I didn’t and it’s been over a week now and I love the car!
