2012 Acura TSX 5AT

Bought our 2nd car in the last 6 months today. Steve is awesome. Kind, honest and fair. We are happy with our experience and will return once we need another car. You don't find many car salesmen honest like this guy!

Recently purchased an Acura TSX from Reds Autos. It was an awesome Hassle free experience. When i arrived at the store it was closed and didn’t open for another two hours. I called the online # expecting only to leave a message and the owner (Steve) picked up right away! I mentioned i was interested in one of his vehicles and i had just left his lot because he doesn’t open till 12:00 noon. Steve said I’m 10 minutes away if I’d like to return he would drop what he was doing to accommodate me. Personally, i thought that was amazing customer service. Steve showed up quickly and was very personable and knowledgeable about his cars. I was immediately offered to take the car for a spin unattended. (Trust) i could go on and on…buying a vehicle new or used can be an expensive and stressful experience for anyone. I met Steve (Red) when my daughter was looking to buy a car, after her previous one was destroyed in a crash and totaled. She was wary of the car buying process, and checked out reviews in order to decide where to go. After seeing all the positive reviews for Red's, she said this was the guy she wanted to do business with, and he had a car she liked on the lot! My husband and I went along for the ride and we were so impressed. Steve was down to earth, friendly, honest, and not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the car my daughter ultimately bought from him, as well as all the others he had in stock. While we were there with or daughter, we also found a car we liked, and came back later to test drive it. Ultimately, we ended up buying that car a few days after our daughter bought her car. Both transactions were easy and efficient, and Steve was very helpful in accommodating our schedules to pick up the vehicles. If I could give him six stars I would do it, and I have already recommended him to others. When I need another car, I will head straight to Red's!
