2014 Acura TSX 5AT

Just purchased my second vehicle from them. Both had minor things that i wanted fixed and they took care of it. Polite not pushy and willing to answer any questions.

I don't love car shopping, especially not used car shopping. Purchasing our new to us truck was hands down the easiest experience my husband and I have ever had with car shopping. Joe (sales) was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked up, he took our lead and didn't try to pressure us into any decisions. He didn't play the typical games/tactics dealerships use and he worked with us. He wasn't pushy at all, and we walked away extremely happy with our decision. This is a family owned business and we felt the difference; even the office felt comfortable instead of impersonal. It was well worth getting up early on a Saturday morning and making the almost hour drive. West End Auto Sales will definitely be our go to going forward. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and an easy experience.

I don’t usually write reviews but this one is definitely worth writing. We just bought a truck from West End Auto and the experience we had there was amazing. The owner came out and spoke with us and was willing to work with us on some small details, but his sales guy Joe went above and beyond to ensure our family was taken care of. Joe was patient and kind when it came to our questions but most of all he treated our little one like family. We will definitely buy another car/truck from them when needed. Being treated like family or old friends is almost unheard of in todays word anymore but West End Auto took care of our family in the best way.
