Great experience buying a car off the lot. The customer service is second to none. When I found the perfect used car for myself, my father (a lifelong resident of Hickory) was skeptical because he had never heard of this place and was unsure of the prospect of trusting a smaller, family-run dealership that he never even knew existed. I decided to give it a chance, and boy am I glad I did! The car is a perfect fit for my needs, the buying process was quick and painless, and the only issue I had during the whole process (the permanent plate was accidentally mailed to the incorrect address. An honest mistake.) was promptly resolved without any fuss whatsoever. If you find yourself in need of a vehicle and the one you want is on this lot, considered yourself lucky. You just hit the jackpot.

Nate was the best. Called a week in advance and explained my situation on recently buying a home and how I was looking for a truck for myself but that my credit had just taken a hit from the new home and furnishing. He was not only able to help but instead of giving me his best option on in house financing was able to find me a lender to accept my loan for over 100 dollars less on payments of what it would’ve been. I live two hours away from his shop and it was worth the drive. Thank you Nate and everyone at Howell Motorsport for making it happen and having the truck super clean and pumped with gas when I showed. I have two teenagers who will be driving soon and I will definitely be making that drive again to get their vehicles from Howell Motorsport.
