Had some suspension trouble with my 2012 Tacoma while on a long drive on I95. I limped my truck into the service center without giving advanced notice. Robert in the service center was able to fit me in their busy schedule with no problems at all. The work took a bit longer than they expected, so they set me up with a loaner car so I could make the rest of the way home. Robert and his guys in the service center really helped me in a pinch, and I hope that management recognizes the great customer service, skill, and diligence of the entire department.
