Let me begin by saying that I am a satisfied customer. When I called the truck I was looking for had been sold, but Jose assured me we could come to an agreement on the turck I eventually bought. Now I enjoy negotiating on purchases of this size, and Jose has the prices set fairly tight--so it wasn't easy for either of one of us. But Jose negotiated fairly and we arrived at a price--more than I wanted, less than he wanted--but fair. Several months later I am still pleased with the truck I bought. It was more than I wanted to spend, but it's more truck than I planned on buying. Thanks Jose.
