2013 Acura TSX Technology Package 5AT

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Xavier as our salesman. We walked in on Valentine's Day not really knowing what we wanted. We let him know we were on a budget and he went through what they had in stock. I appreciate him not dismissing us as other dealerships/salesmen have when they see a Hispanic couple walking in. Don't be thrown off my Xavier's seriousness. He's one of the most polite salesmen we've met. He was patient with explaining everything ( and we had a lot of questions). We never felt pressured by him which was a very pleasant experience since we had been belittled and rushed at other places. Although we didn't decide to buy the car that day, we decided to go back, mostly because we really liked how Xavier treated us. He clearly understands the working class and was flexible with having discussions through email or on the phone when my husband and I were working late hours. We went back when we came to an agreement. He took us in right near closing time which we appreciate because he knew my husband worked late hours. Although we finished our paperwork with him early, he stayed through the whole process (after hours) to explain how the buttons work and all the setup of the car. He also went above and beyond to communicate with us to get the car detailed the next day communicating with both my husband and I. If I ever go back to buy a car, we'll be returning to work only with Xavier.

I regularly go here to get my car maintenance. There was a small incident last week when I had to rotate my tires. Everything looked good until I forgot the keys to my lug-nut lock. I called them to see if they were able to find it. They had it. I came back the next day and I noticed one of my tires was missing a lug nut when I was on my way to the dealership to pick up the keys to the lug nuts. It was a Sunday, so the maintenance department was closed. Christina from the rental department was able to help me. She documented everything and was concerned about my safety. She gave me a rental car for a day-use. I drove the rental for 24 hours to allow the maintenance department look over what went wrong. I came back to the dealership on a Monday and the dealership gave me a new set of lug-nuts. Everything went smoothly as possible all thanks to Christina from the rental department. I will still be coming back to this dealership. I was not charged for the rental or any of the replacements. An honest dealership trying to help people

Fast, friendly and efficient! Loved the atmosphere. I didn't want to leave. Next time I'll take some photos. They have the best "guest waiting area" and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, like most dealerships. I Truly appreciated their honesty and friendly staff! I'll definitely go back for all my Toyota service needs.
