2011 Acura TSX Technology Package 5AT

I went through frank auto sales traded my 2009 Chevy hhr for 2001 pt cruiser still owe 1000 I don't know what do or my options because I had month and nothing but problems with over heating I replaced radiator and thermostat and sensor still over heating I being told now that it probably the head that needs replaced I keep having add antifreeze I like get car there with you but no money put down on car I need reliable car I cna homecare but I trying I get ssi work pt visiting anjels

Let me start off this review by saying I did not purchase a vehicle from Ted Motors but I wish I had. Juan came out and greeted us this morning in negative temperatures while warming up other cars on the lot. He quickly guided me to the van I had seen a listing for online and had me test driving it within minutes. Juan’s customer service was unparalleled to any other car salesmen I have encountered. He offered to put me and my partner in a hotel for the night after learning we had come 4 hours to look at a car. He went out of his way to make a deal with us, but unfortunatly the vehicle just didn’t meet the requirements that we needed it to. I would recomend Ted Motors to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service, quality vehicles, and unmatched hospitality.

My overall experience at Ted motors was excellent! There was no heavy pressure to purchase. Mauricio was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and an overall great sales representative to work with. The paperwork for the purchase went seamlessly. His professionalism was amazing. I got a great vehicle, at a great price, and I'm extremely happy with my overall experience!
