2012 Acura TSX Technology Package 5AT

I love my all new Traverse! Dominic knew exactly what I wanted and called me the second my dream car arrived on the lot! He was very friendly and helpful. I had some car issues after I drove off the lot, but Dominic came to aid me at 11pm with a new loaner as he was not okay with letting me continue to drive a car that was not 100% perfect. He and Mike generously compensated me for my inconvenience with free fill ups and oil changes!! “If it isn’t perfect we will fix it!” Those words of reassurance along with the generosity and compassion shown by Dominic will keep my business here! Horsey was great. I arrived at the dealership with concerns about being approved and he reassured me that he would try his hardest to get me approved. Not only did he get me approved, but for a 2024 Malibu. I explained what monthly payment was in my budget and he was able to meet me inbetween. He was very detailed with my service to the point I didn't have many questions because he had already answered many of them. He assisted me with downloading the My Chevy app, and went over all the features of my vehicle. He even gave me a hat! Please ask for Hosey when visiting! Thank you again Hosey!
