We've purchased two vehicles from A&L BMW this year, both times working with Jeff Ueng as our business manager and Devin Reed as our BMW genius. Devin's knowledge of performance specs and overall function impressed us from the first test drive. We research details of every vehicle before heading to the dealership, from hp to cabin capacity, and Devin has the same details and then some memorized about every car on the lot (as well as competitor models). He's a real car guy, and doesn't just wear the "genius" badge. He's fun to talk to about features in all cars, not just BMWs. We've thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with him during test drives and were happy to see him again for purchase #2. Jeff is equally pleasant to work with. He listens to what you're looking for in a vehicle and is honest about what may or may not meet your needs. He has always worked to get us a fair price, without pushing for a lot of extras on the way out the door. He makes himself available, even during off hours, and follows up with any questions. He has impressed us with completing paperwork in advance, facilitating a smooth and speedy purchase process, sometimes at the very end of his work day.
