Don’t judge a book my it’s cover! Meaning when I first starting communication with Muhammad , I was still unsure to go here or keep looking, But after I took the ride to the Joliet location Saturday, I’m here to tell you hands down I don’t think I would ever buy another vehicle from anyone else but this dealership! this location! These people ! They went ABOVE and BEYOND! There mechanic , the mechanic that purchased my jeep and did the 360 inspection on it came off another car to literally walk me around every surface of my jeep in the rain , explaining every question and then some about it! I’ve never in all the yrs of buying cars had that extra step taken and appreciated more! From Muhammad , to Mike in sales , to the mechanic , was all around a great experience and more ! We all know that buying a car and a used one at that can take time inside and outside the dealer ship and with much communication had with Muhammad and I’m sure much annoyance from me to him lol - he made the whole thing a good experience! Real talk , to have my son see me smile again and take my pride back into cars after losing much of it when my dad passed spoke volumes! There were laughs , more laughs, some happy tears ( me) , and this is not something we get in life these days!
