We recently decided to purchase our second Hyundai, and were very specific about what we wanted, and the timeline upon which we wanted it. When we showed up to look at a new Palisade, Kenny promptly met us to inquire about what we were interested in, and then to check and see if they had what we wanted in stock. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for, but he offered to have the dealership look for what we wanted. Within an hour or so he had managed to find a vehicle that met our numerous criteria. It would have to be shipped in from the other side of the state, but they would be able to have it for us within 24 hours. We agreed, and went ahead with getting all the paperwork signed. The next evening (after work) we went to pick up our new '24 Palisade XRT. The timing was perfect as I have an extremely long commute, and we had a little blizzard that happened the next day. This vehicle handles like a dream in the snow and ice, not once did it slip around or give any concern the entire 103 mile commute up I25. We are extremely pleased with not only our new purchase but also the friendliness and helpfulness of our sales person. I have included photos of pulling it out of the garage to drive to work, and then how it looked at work, along with Kenny's card. We would definitely recommend checking this location out when looking for a new Hyundai.

I took my 2016 Hyundai Elantra to Spradley Hyundai in Pueblo, Colorado because the shifting became rough and ended up losing gears. I decided to get a rebuilt transmission through Spradley's Hyundai. Spradley ordered and installed the transmission in ten days. Overall excellent job!!! Brent Colletti, Spradley's Hyundai service manager, is fantastic. The whole Hyundai service department crew also. I had an ABS sensor malfunction either during installation or the test drive after that caused a few problems. Brent Colletti swooped in and ensured everything was corrected. He was very proactive. He kept me updated about the continual progress until it was finished.
