2009 Acura RL 3.7 AUTO (48-state only)

My daughter was in an accident in my car so my search began. I found a younger version of the car I had before (Honda Pilot) that I loved! I had the best experience, everyone I encountered was nice, helpful, not pushy like sales people usually are and I felt like a part of the family lol would recommend this place and will be watching inventory for my daughter!

Update: 4/1/24 Worked with Gabe, and he helped so much with the issues I have been having. And now that they have a mechanic on staff, I'm able to get things fixed. I was upset when I made my initial post, but when I came in my attitude was changed due to the customer service I received. Gabe took the time to educate me and help me figure out a more cost-effective way to get things fixed in the future. They truly do care and want to help people that have bought cars from them. Buyer beware. I came in desperately needing a reliable vehicle. I was assured by both owner and salesperson, Gabe and Darcell, that they cars are inspected by their mechanic before they hit the floor. I have invested $2,3400 into a car I thought was going to help me get around. It was only about $7,500 to buy. So that's ¼ the price of it. I have so much anxiety when I drive it. They did give me a warranty for the engine, but it seems like everything else is wrong with it. I have had to replace things from transmission, catalytic converter, ignition coils, and now sub main frame. This is not basic maintenance. They sold me a lemon. When I did reach out to them for help the shop either dismissed my concerns or sent me somewhere else to rectify the problem. I started having issues the very first week up until now a whole year later. I will admit my car was in a shooting incident, but insurance fixed all the damage from that.... so really there is no excuse; Except I feel cheated and taken advantage of. If you do buy from them get a full diagnostic by your own mechanic not just a check over like I did.
