Wow! From start to finish, business with Mark at NW Elite Auto Sales has been more than I could have ever asked for. Like many, I saw the great reviews on his page and went to check it out. I immediately knew why he was so highly recommended. The way Mark conducts business is unlike any salesman I have ever met. Initially, I was a little impulsive and told him I could afford more than I could. He saw right through me, and didn’t think twice before asking me some more personal questions. He then pointed me in the direction of a beautiful, yet affordable vehicle that I now own and I am SO thankful. He explained some of the things he has learned doing business for as long as he has, and he explained the importance of long term customer satisfaction. He wanted me to be happy when I pulled off the lot, and he wanted me to be happy two months into the payments, and beyond. A few weeks after I purchsed the car, I called him to ask him for his advice about a warranty. We crunched numbers, analyzed, and he gave me his best advice. Then weeks after that, I get a phone call from him asking about the warranty, about the car, and just wondering how life was going. He told me to call anytime I need advice, anytime I want to talk, or if I ever want to do business again. He was so personable, and relatable, I couldn’t help but feel immensely grateful for having done business with him. Doing business at NW Elite Auto Sales was more than just the purchase of a new car, I made an awesome connection.

I was very lucky to come across Mark when I was looking for another car. He is one of the nicest people, he’s not a pushy or bossy sales man. My experience was great. He has a very nice selection of cars. He insured everything was right, he’s followed up with me to make sure I’m still enjoying my purchase (which I am completely). I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality car that wants to receive good service and friendly service from a knowledgeable person. I am recommending him to all of my friends and family. I will definitely go back when I’m in the market for another vehicle
