I’m 18, was 17 when I was looking for a car to replace my first that was basically a ticking time bomb that had finally blown up. My parents and I had gone to dealerships and been given the runaround a lot by people trying to up sell us even though we had a very tight budget. We went to cheap seats in our second weekend of searching and Scott was amazingly helpful. We had a car we wanted to look at and he showed us, he listened to our needs and made sure to let us know that he was there to help us make the best choice for us and that he was simply a facilitator. He gave us more than enough information about the car we were looking at before we had even asked to see the Carfax. We left to look at two more cars we had scheduled to see and as we got to both other places my dad and I knew that Scott was who we wanted to do business with. He made himself incredibly easy to contact and worked with our busy schedule and ultimately got us where we needed to be. Scott even gave me cash in hand as I left to have the emissions done and $20 dollars to fill the tank out of his own wallet. To put my experience simply it felt like I was buying a car from my grandpa. He even stayed at his office until about 7:30 when my license plate came in so I could pick it up after I got off of work.
