Bought my first new car ever through Ocean Honda, and it has been a great experience! Sales Manager Paul McCarthy and sales associate Jason were able to efficiently and professionally get me the information I was looking, seamlessly get me a test drive, and offer an irresistible trade in deal that helped me make a new car purchase same day. This was a stark contrast from my experiences earlier in the previous days/weeks with other Honda dealerships, who presented themselves as inflexible and more focused with pressuring a customer to make a sale then helping get them what they need. After this negative experience at a different dealership, I took a gamble and drove out to Ocean Honda to see what they had to offer. My luck was changing for the better, as I lucked out and happened to arrive 20 minutes after they unloaded the car I was looking for off the delivery truck! If you are looking for a new or used car and are trying to find a dealer you can trust, head on over to Ocean Honda in Brockton. They will take excellent care of you and your vehicle, both old and new! To recap my experience, Jason and Paul worked with me and offered me a very fair finance deal, which felt like a great deal at the end of our negotiation. I was amazed at their transparency and willingness to have a meaningful, pressure-free discussion about what they can offer to best suit my needs. At the end of the process, I felt confident I was making the right decision going with Ocean Honda. Having researched Honda dealerships, and having visited several dealerships from Greico Honda in RI to Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk, Silko Honda Raynham, Honda Plymouth, Nucar Honda, and even as far north as Kelly Honda, I can say Ocean Honda by far provided a best in class 360 degree professional car buying experience that was unrivalved by the above dealers. Even after my initial purchase experience, I had the opportunity to meet and interact with Mike Sewall, general manager, as well as Adam and Scott T. in the service/parts department. Each of these professionals are to be commended for their time and dedication to making sure each customer's experience with Honda is top-notch, from stem to stern. My name is Rebecca I just bought my first car, let me tell you I had the pleasure of working with Edward Ortiz, my brother who bought a car from him told me about him. He was very patient, made me feel very comfortable, he’s easy to talk to I don’t have any complaints, and explained everything in a way I could easily understand for someone who don’t know anything about cars, finance and insurance but when he got all my info he showed me one car and I automatically loved it. It is a 2024 honda civic. He also helped me get a discount although it’s a lease I Want to buy it when my lease is over. Now that being said I can tell you this place is a very professional and I love their team work, that’s truly the definition of team work because I had the pleas to work with Sam Cassues in finance when I was transferred to him. He was so patient when I had some issues with my paystubs, he had to send them to the bank 3 times, on the 3rd because my bank statements are on cash app he took the time to found out how when he probably didn't know how to, so that I could leave with my car today and so did. While I was typing this sitting in the car and 2 people was walking by and say how nice the car looked and I old them where to find it. All being said if you ever go to this dealer these people are the best Edward Ortiz, Sam cassues and junior Maccean they won’t let you down, if you have any paper work issues they will try multiple ways on how to help you. On 9/21 I trade my old 2015 Honda accord for a 2023 HONDA ACCORD EX. Emily was my salesperson and Sam was the finance guy. I had a great experience working with Emily she was very helpful. In less than 4 hours I was driving a brand new car and I love it. I've been to car shopping before and it was never that easy. I highly recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Emily.
