My family and I were recently in the market for a new vehicle. We knew what we wanted and found a VW Atlas on 800 Elites lot. We loved the car, but we weren't the only ones, it was already sold! We worked with Alex and a few others and while we weren't able to find a vehicle that was going to be perfect for our family on their lot, their team was awesome and we really appreciated all the help and extra effort that went into our experience. I don't frequent car lots and the few times I have, the other lot employees felt like they were trying to live up to the used car sales stereotypes. I did NOT get that feeling at 800 Elite. Alex and his associates were were kind, understanding of our needs, patient, and fully invested in helping our family.
