2012 Honda Civic Hybrid CVT

Bought a 2011 Subaru Outback with 145k miles in November, I had my own mechanic test drive it and he had no concerns with the car. Unfortunately Subaru CVT transmissions aren’t very reliable after 100k miles and mine failed after about a month of driving it. Just plain bad luck, nobody’s fault as there were no prior noticeable indications of this problem according to my mechanic. I called Road Runner Motors telling them about the issue and they offered to help fix for me! They weren’t obligated to help as I agreed to buy the car AS-IS, but they still took my car back and worked their magic to get the work done for super cheap. They even covered half the cost of the repairs! I’m super grateful to have bought a car from this dealership because they helped me greatly when they could’ve turned their back on me. I highly recommend buying your next car from this business as they genuinely care about you and your car!
