The people here were so helpful and kind, They were patient with us and more than willing to spend the time walking us through their lot and letting us look at everything we wanted to see. Finally the salesman showed us the car that seemed to make sense for us. We tried it, and liked it so much that after some deliberation we bought it. They even offered to bring it to our home the next day! I had to call back to get a free copy of the Carfax, and it was delivered right away. We got a 5 day. 250 mile tryout period., and now we're in our 90 day 4000 mile warranty period. which is free of charge. Not all of the dealers do that for you, but Maitland does. I highly recommend paying them a visit when you're searching for a car, They have a lot to see, Jeff Schmidt 4/26/24

We were shopping for a new car and this Mercedes store was our first stop. We were there about half an hour and walked all over the lot and through the showroom. Not one person said anything to us so we left. We went to 3 more dealerships and had found a Tahoe we wanted to purchase. We made an appointment for the next day to complete the purchase, as we needed to pick up a child from school. After picking him up we decided to go back and drive a GLE since it was close to our house. This time we went to the front desk and said we wanted to drive a car. She asked if we had ever been there and we told her the story of the visit earlier that day. Plus i owned an E500 a few years ago purchased there. She called a salesperson - Bella- and she was great. We loved the car and came back the next day and bought it. Bella was great but i almost bought another car because our first visit was so poor. Thought you should know that you almost lost a sale. Love my new car though!
