The sale of my new 2024 Ridgeline Trailsport was very straightforward and the value was my trade-in was more fair than other dealerships. I had been shopping around for this specific truck for roughly a month prior to purchasing. I know there are tactics used by salesmen to close a deal. Other dealerships were obviously trying to use more underhanded methods while Massif at Honda of Escondido was very upfront about the transaction. After purchasing my last six Honda vehicles from elsewhere, I'll definitely be making this location my go to dealership from now on.

We had a wonderful experience at Honda of Escondido! Our salesman Ernesto Gonzalez was very knowledgeable and professional while also keeping the conversation light and pressure-free. We felt comfortable throughout the financial process and were welcomed to ask questions throughout. I walked out with the keys to my beautiful new car knowing that if I had any questions or issues, I could come right back and be met with a smile.

I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I highly recommend asking for Ernesto if you decide to take a visit. As a first-time car buyer, he made the entire process seamless, guiding me every step of the way. He was also prompt in answering my calls, even on his off day, addressing any questions or concerns I had. His dedication and responsiveness, truly showcased his commitment to customer satisfaction. I had an incident when my car's security system triggered at night, setting off the alarm for a solid three minutes. I called Ernesto, and he calmly walked me through the steps over the phone to turn off and reset the alarm. His quick and effective assistance during that late-night ordeal demonstrated his commitment to customer support and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Ernesto and this dealership.
