This was my first car buying experience at a dealership, and I'm SO glad I chose this location! Ruben was our absolutely amazing sales representative, and he made the whole process extremely easy and painless. He was super thorough, and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and exactly what I was getting for my money. After helping my husband figure out his trade in value, he helped us both leave with reliable cars that we wanted, not just needed. I was very impressed with the entire process with Kearny Mesa Ford/Kia. I worked with Michael and the process was very smooth. I purchased my dream car in this location. I don't usually do reviews, but I would like to share at least my experience with those looking to buy a new and highly affordable vehicle. My husband and I entered the dealership, not expecting to go home with a new vehicle. I needed a vehicle right away due to my car being totaled by an uninsured driver. The sales rep, Mr. Lance Champion, walked us through everything and helped us solidify our decision. I still can't believe I purchased my vehicle with such affordable monthly payments. Mr. Lance definitely helped us a lot, and I couldn't be more grateful to him and the rest of his team for working with us to meet our affordability.
