2010 Honda Fit Sport 5 Auto

I didn’t know it was possible to have a good experience at a dealership. I went into it anxious and unsure and left with a new car and beyond happy! Benjamin was such a pleasure to work with. He is very personable and kind, he never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. Benjamin and the sales manager did everything to make sure I got the car payment within what I wanted and were generous with the trade in offer. I highly recommend working with Benjamin, but every one we talked to was kind and helpful.

This was my first visit to Santa Cruz Subaru for service on my Ascent. I was quickly greeted when I arrived, and my vehicle was all checked in within a matter of minutes! My service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my service was done in the exact time and price range of the estimate I was given. I was very impressed and will definitely be back! I might even bring my dog to enjoy the outdoor waiting area Santa Cruz Subaru has added for their customers’ canine companions. ????

My service @ Santa Cruz Subaru was outstanding. Brought my Outback for its 1st service. Thomas provided me with excellent customer service and had me out in no time. Even had my car washed before pulling it up which I greatly appreciated. For myself it is an hour each way depending on traffic. But given the level of service I received from Thomas it is worth the drive. ?????
