I would like to acknowledge the excellent customer service I received from Jessica, the service advisor. She was consistently friendly, polite, professional, and had a wonderfully positive spirit. On one occasion, I was having a difficult moment due to an unrelated personal matter, and I reacted poorly. Despite this, Jessica remained patient and did not take my behavior personally. I later apologized, and she handled the situation with great professionalism and grace. Overall, I had a very positive experience working with her and truly appreciate her outstanding service.
