Mark has set the standards high for anyone who has to deal with me and my car in the future. Mark has taken time out of his day to educate me about my vehicle, seek advice from experts in the area if he didn’t know the answer, and once did research for me (without me asking him to do so) and saved me at least $800 in work on my car with his discovery. He very much cares about the people that come to him looking for their next vehicle and genuinely wants the transaction to be a win-win situation for both parties when selling you a car. Mark and John were great to work with when purchasing my vehicle 6 months ago! Super easy to work with and probably the quickest paper signing process ever since they had everything ready to go when I got there. Fast forward 6 months I noticed an oil leak (it’s a 2007 Yukon with over 100k miles so common) and the local GMC dealership said it was a few things that came out to a little more than $5k which the warranty did not cover. I called them and they asked me to bring it to their mechanic who found where the leak was coming from. He quoted me about $250 in parts and labor not $5k worth of parts and labor. Needless to say I’m thankful for them setting up the appointment with the mechanic and putting my mind at ease. I will happily be doing business with them in the future.
