I had a good experience as far as customer service goes. They were very courteous. When I called to make the appointment they were able to get me in the next day, which was great. It does take a little long to get your car serviced there, but I believe they do a good job. I was there about an hour and a half or a little longer to get an oil change and an air filter but other than that, I have no complaints
