2013 Mazda CX-3 I Touring 4-Door AT SKYACTIV

I was very happy with the overall buying experience and service I received from Capitol Mazda. It was a pre order for a new '24 MX-5. After a short negotiation over the phone we agreed on the price. Sameer was responsive for all my questions during that month. When I came to pick up the car, fully prepared that I will need to fight for the agreed price (a month has passed, and the stock for this particular car configuration is very limited, in fact this was the only one within like 500 miles radius) - but everything was smooth and as agreed. You hear horror stories about dealerships and you expect the worst, but it is nice to know there are some decent ones out there. Sameer helped me during the month prior to the car arrival, and Steven and Mike helped me during the pickup day (Sameer was on vacation). Overall I was in and out (pun intended) in less than two hours. My only suggestion, and I don't hold it against them as this is just part of this industry (that's why I didn't remove a start for that) is to ease up on the package selling thing.
