One of the best Kia service experiences I have ever had. The team in East Syracuse communicate and action requirements in a timely manner. My maintenance manager, Stephanie, kept me informed and enabled the proper maintenance on my car. If you are in NY’s north country, this is the service center you want working on your car even if it is an hour away. They achieve what you are looking to accomplish for your vehicle. A+

We stopped in to check out the new Kia because of the 20 year 200,000 mile warranty. Our sales person named Max was quite informative and kind, and gave us no pressure to purchase this vehicle. The car sold itself with the options and style that we were looking for. Pop in and look for Max the sales guy, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect car shopping experience. I had purchased a vehicle from a different dealer a year prior and had a very poor experience, the feedback on the surveys was all the salespeople seemed to care about and blatantly valued that feedback more than my time or privacy. I was helped by Barbara, who was excellent. I came in with my own financing and she was transparent and extremely efficient as well as communicative. There was no pressure, I received the car I wanted with the options I wanted and was able to sign everything and take delivery on my lunch break. Would be a perfect score but the service department seems to be married to those same damn surveys and will only offer rebates and coupons if you fill them out favorably. Literally, the bill comes with a cheat sheet for the survey :/
