2012 Mazda CX-5 Sport Auto

The best of all worlds are in one place- car & truck repairs AND vehicle inspections… they get it done right the first time and stand behind the work!! Zippy Auto is the ONLY place I’ll go for repairs. Even though my truck isn’t new, I’ve learned some very expensive lessons over the years and one of the most important is who performs maintenance/repairs on your ride! The guys here are absolutely awesome! I’ve known Mo for about 15 years (if not longer) and he’s as honest as they come! You may not always like hearing the diagnosis, but rest assured that you’re not paying for work that isn’t needed or work that wasn’t done!! So you’re ahead from the beginning!! Despite the distance I have to travel to get my truck repaired, I’ll STILL only come here, whether I drive it in or have it towed. The peace of mind is priceless and I simply can’t recommend them enough!!

If Moe wasn't such a great guy, who really came through where a lot of other shop owners would have bailed, this would be a 1 star review. BUT, Moe is a truly awesome person with a great sense of doing what's right. I have a 2023 Kia Hybrid. I took the hybrid into the shop to get an oil change. A human mistake happened during the oil change, and apparently the screw was never properly fastened. So, after a little bit of driving, my car no longer held oil. In the first step of multiple steps of awesome, the shop dispatched a crew to come replace the lost oil even though I was 40+ miles away! In the process of waiting, my car battery died, and the mechanics even helped me flag down a jumper! Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue. In the end they wound up replacing my engine, getting me a rental car, and shipping the car back to me in Oregon! Another place, and I'd have to be suing them or something and it would drag out over years of cross continental struggles... but now my car is on it's way back home to me in Portland, Oregon! I'm going to go out on a limb and post this as 5 stars before I get the car, in hopes that things really do end as smoothly as they have been going since the initial incident.

These guys treated me right. Fast and knowledgeable with amazing prices, in my opinion. I called, and they answered immediately. Brought my car in, and they fixed it that day! I bought brakes and couldn't install them myself. They took them and installed them at a VERY reasonable price, FAST. Well done, Zippy's. I'll be back and send anyone who needs help.
