I had the most excellent experience working with Vince and Powell Motors! I interacted with 4 different employees over the couple of days we needed to make my situation work, and every single one was patient, kind, and just absolutely lovely. I had purchased a car from CarMax that had just ended up being a nightmare due to undisclosed issues I was unable to get serviced, (techs were either telling me they didn't know what the issue was, or charging hundreds just to look at it due to the model) and Vince went so far above and beyond to get me a more than fair trade in and into my perfect used car. The car he sold me is in excellent condition and he was VERY thorough about going over repairs and Carfax. Being a genderqueer person can be tough when in situations where I have to use my legal name, and Vince was so considerate and thoughtful throughout the process. I cannot recommend checking out Powell Motors if you are in the market for a vehicle. They'll get you into something good quality, fairly priced and with no gimmicks or pressure. I cannot recommend them enough!!
