Lost my vehicle in an accident and needed a new one fast. Only wanted to make one trip to Yonkers so Simon worked with me and got everything needed done over the phone. From info about to car all the way to signing the paperwork. As I went to leave a small issue came up with the car (faulty sensor), Simon diagnosed the issue and allowed me to get the issue taken care of at a shop of my choosing and was professional enough to pay the whole bill without any issue.
