He was able to answer all of my questions, and assisted me with obtaining information for additional parts and other services that I was interested in. He made me aware of some of the services Tony Nissan offers as this was my first time doing business with them. My wait time was not bad at all which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back.

I am always very satisfied with the services I receive at Tony Nissan. Ryan was very courteous and helpful, he kept me updated on the progress of work. He not only completed the scheduled services but also repaired the volume button on my steering wheel and performed work for a recent recall on my Rogue. I highly recommend the folks at Tony Nissan, from purchasing of my Rogue to getting services scheduled and completed I always feel like a valued customer.

Everyone was friendly and the service was done around the time we were quoted when we dropped the car off. The only downside was it seemed like they were maybe a little short staffed, as the service advisor who was helping us when we picked up the car was trying to get someone to go get our car and no one responded to him (it didn’t seem very busy and a few hours until closing time). That’s not his fault though, and he ended up just going to get the car himself after a while which was kind. Overall a good experience and we were satisfied with the service.
