2019 Mazda CX-3 Touring

Greatest experience to have in a dealership so far. The amount of time and effort put in by our sales person Jason, the GM/Boss, & Chris our financial person was amazing. They were able to get me a grand upgrade from my small 4 door sedan to a reliable suv to give my daughter and I more space and had met all the perks and needs I had hoped for in a vehicle. I wanted to share what a positive experience I had yesterday at Reiselman Ford. My sales rep, Jake Shaffer, was courteous, articulate and quick. It took less than hour to make the deal. Sales Manager, Mason was a pleasure to deal with and Matt, Finance Manager was awesome as well. I live in Dickson County and considered starting at a larger dealership in Nashville. What a waste of time that would have been. I highly recommend these fine folks to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

I purchased a new 23 F150 Lariat from Jake at Reiselman Ford yesterday. Let me tell you how easy the process was. I test drove the vehicle the day prior but couldn't stay and work the deal due to prior commitments with work. He helped me work the deal over the phone and make it do simple that yesterday all i had to do was sign and drive. As a sales professional myself I appreciate the follow through and response times that he had to my questions and his willingness to make a deal happen without any pressure.
