We found the dealership staff to be friendly, professional, and helpful. They did not push us to make a rushed decision on anything, which was a very welcome experience that we have not had at most places. They not only "listened" to us, but more importantly, "heard" us. They were responsive and efficient in handling our questions and concerns, and we did not leave the dealership having any complaints.
