Took the time after our sale was complete to show my son (first car purchase) all the features of the car….to adjusting the stereo sound to his liking. Wow! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, quick - I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. They were able to help immediately, had the right part in stock, replaced the part , and I was back on the road no time. Shout out to Chris, the technician who helped me, and the staff members at the maintenance desk and the parts department (sorry I did not get everyone's name). Will feel confident bringing my CX9 back in when the need arises.
