2004 Mazda RX-8

I recently was in the market for a new/used station wagon to replace a 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback that got t-boned at 116k miles. The repairs far exceeded the worth of the vehicle, and I ended up selling the wreck to a junk buyer. I'd found my new prospective vehicle thru TrueCar, and was put in contact with Rahim. He was super professional and courteous, both over the phone and in person. Originally, I was looking at a 2003 Outback wagon with low mileage, but it had sold a few days before being able to schedule an appointment. Fortunately, Rahim had a few other station wagons that fit my budget. I went out to see a 2004 Subaru Impreza wagon, which was very fancy, and while I was there, another customer came to look at the same vehicle. I don't like competing with other buyers, and Rahim was very accommodating. Lucky for me, Rahim pointed out another Subaru wagon, which turns out, was a year younger than my old car, with far less mileage on it, in better overall shape, with a single prior owner that took pristine condition of the 24 year old vehicle. I ended up purchasing the 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback with 40.7k on the odometer in full in cash, and the entire process took a little over two hours, from my arrival to driving off the lot in a new vehicle. Rahim and Shell Motors, Inc ended up taking care of all of the necessary paperwork and even went above and beyond offering to do the paperwork for license plates and registration so I didn't have to make an appointment for DMV Bingo. Rahim has been more than professional and kind, following up via phone calls days after my purchase to see how I like my new vehicle. I honestly feel like I got a great deal, and will consider purchasing another vehicle from them, whenever the occasion comes around.

I absolutely love my 2002 4Runner! Benni and Rahin were patient professional and helpful as we negotiated the trade and sale. I drove down from PA to VA to buy a 4Runner at another disappointing dealer and on the way back looked at Shell Motors 4Runner. Beautiful, safe and clean!!! A joy to drive back to PA!
